7. Medicine Ball – Throw up and Catch (3/6Kg)
8. Sandbag – Shoulder Press (10Kg)
In between warm up: Squats

1. Climbing Sideways – Stairs
2. Crunches
3. Lateral Shuffle
4. Sandbell Sandbag – Back drop (5Kg)
5. Medicine Ball – Lunges Twist (3/6Kg)
6. Sandbag – Drag side to side (10Kg)
